This album comes straight from my heart. I recorded the sounds of nature myself – moments I witnessed, felt, and gathered with intention – layered them with music I played on the cello and other instruments. I let my hands, breath and emotion guide every note.
The energy woven into these tracks comes directly from my own body and spirit. Because these vibrations were created by a human being – by me – they carry a living, heartfelt resonance that cannot be replicated, offering targeted healing energy that is meant to support you eactly where you are.
